Terms & Conditions Alpha88 – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Alpha88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using any services provided by Alpha88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, along with all related policies published on the Alpha88 website.

Alpha88 is an online betting platform that operates and directs its services to users in Malaysia. All activities on the Alpha88 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports, virtual sports, and slots — are fully subject to the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Alpha88 platform immediately and contact our support team with any enquiries.

Alpha88 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Alpha88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Alpha88 does not permit any underage individual to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in Malaysia at the time of registration and use of the platform.
• Not subject to any court order, agreement, or law that prohibits you from participating in or using online betting services.
• Must not be on any self-exclusion or self-ban list under any responsible gambling programme you have previously enrolled in.
• Must not have been formally banned or restricted by Alpha88 from using the platform for reasons set out in these terms.

Alpha88 reserves the full right to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account if it is determined that a member does not meet or has violated any of the eligibility requirements stated above, including after the account has been approved and is actively in use.

The Alpha88 account registration process is designed to be simple, quick, and secure. However, there are important responsibilities and conditions that every member must comply with during and after registration.

• Each individual is permitted only one active account on Alpha88. Holding multiple simultaneous accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds without refund.
• All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, identification card number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and truthful. False information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Alpha88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address.
• Any changes to personal information (phone number, email address, withdrawal method) must be made through Alpha88's official customer support channels with appropriate identity verification.

Alpha88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No foreign currencies are accepted for any transaction on the Alpha88 platform. All accounts are managed and displayed in MYR.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all supported payment methods. There is no universally set maximum deposit limit; however, Alpha88 reserves the right to impose limits on specific accounts based on internal risk assessments.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Alpha88 does not accept any foreign payment methods or cryptocurrencies.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the member personally. Alpha88 strictly prohibits deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered member.
• Alpha88 does not charge any commission or fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond Alpha88's control.
• If an error occurs during deposit processing (overpayment or underpayment), members must report the issue to the Alpha88 support team within 24 hours of the transaction.

Alpha88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. We understand that accessing your winnings is a priority, and we strive to make the withdrawal process as simple and fast as possible for all members in Malaysia.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and anti-fraud policies.
• Withdrawals to local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed in under 2 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX typically take 5–15 minutes, depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.
• Alpha88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. The verification process may take 24–48 business hours.
• Any funds obtained in violation of these terms and conditions — including bonus abuse or fraud — may be withheld from withdrawal pending the completion of an investigation.
• Alpha88 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond Alpha88's control.

Alpha88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance the playing experience for our Malaysian members. Each bonus and promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood before claiming. The following general terms apply to all Alpha88 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to the rollover (turnover) requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. For example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or different personal details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Alpha88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already received and with rollover requirements fulfilled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Each bonus is exclusive to the member account that received it.
• If any attempt to manipulate the Alpha88 bonus system is found — including hedge betting or strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with unusually minimal risk — Alpha88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the Alpha88 platform — including Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, international badminton), e-sports (Mobile Legends, Valorant, DOTA 2), virtual sports, and slots — have their own individual rules, all of which are subject to the following general terms:

• The outcome of all games is final once a match or round concludes in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Alpha88 will not alter any game result once it has been finalised by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, any unresolved bets will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy. Alpha88 is not responsible for interruptions caused by a member's own internet connection.
• Any winnings resulting from an obvious technical error (such as clearly incorrect odds being displayed) are void and may be cancelled by Alpha88 with notice to the affected member.
• Alpha88 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market or game at any time for technical, operational, or security reasons without liability to members.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence or automate gameplay or betting on Alpha88 is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

To protect the integrity of our platform and the safety of all Alpha88 members, certain behaviours and activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following rules may result in firm action, including account termination, fund freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Alpha88 account simultaneously or consecutively, whether in your own name or on behalf of others, for any purpose.
• Using your Alpha88 account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any financial transaction that violates applicable Malaysian law.
• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account, Alpha88's internal systems, or any data that does not belong to you.
• Abusing the Alpha88 bonus system through dishonest means, including identity fraud, proxy accounts, or colluding with other members to artificially fulfil rollover requirements.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain unauthorised advantages. Any vulnerability discovered must be reported to Alpha88 and not exploited.
• Threatening, abusing, insulting, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour toward any other member or Alpha88 support staff through any communication channel.

Alpha88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account for reasons it deems reasonable, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Alpha88 support team. Any valid account balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be refunded within 5 business days.
• If an account is terminated by Alpha88 due to a breach of terms, all bonus balances will be fully forfeited. Valid cash balances — meaning deposited funds untainted by fraudulent activity — may be reclaimed subject to an internal investigation.
• Alpha88 will notify the member of the reason for termination via their registered email, except in cases where disclosing such information would compromise an ongoing security investigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Alpha88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or betting returns resulting from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond Alpha88's control, including interruptions caused by the member's own Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• Loss or damage to account data resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, unforeseen cyber attacks, or third-party hardware failures.
• Actions by third parties including game software providers, payment processors, or telecommunications service providers that are outside Alpha88's direct control.

Alpha88 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and Alpha88 will make every reasonable effort to ensure high availability.

Alpha88 takes our social responsibility seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed within healthy and responsible limits. Alpha88 does not encourage excessive gambling and provides a range of tools to help members better manage their betting activity.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by members through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can be lowered instantly, but increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
• The cool-off feature allows members to temporarily pause their betting activity for a chosen period (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During this time, members will not be able to log in or place any bets.
• Self-exclusion is an option for members who wish to permanently close their account. Once self-exclusion is activated, Alpha88 will not accept any request to reopen the account for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Alpha88 will reach out to members who show signs of problem gambling — such as unusual deposit patterns or a sudden spike in betting activity — to offer relevant information and assistance.
